RAF INT’L. FORWARDING (PHILS.), INC. was established in August 1992 to answer the growing demand for an effective courier and forwarding service.

The organization was founded by Judith R. Azarcon and Benjie L. Baluyut.
Ms. Azarcon and Mr. Baluyut brought to RAF 15 years of experience in the international carrier and freight business. RAF’s successful entry in the industry may be attributed to their combined expertise and leadership.

Since it started 10 years ago, RAF Int’l has become the preferred transportation partner of
many companies here and abroad. Also, it is considered one of the major players in the
local courier and freight forwarding industry.
